Establishing a selection committee, judges' panel & mentors
A selection committee will be appointed as an essential component of EGDSeasons2021, categorize the applications, screen them, discuss them, and finalize the applicants/teams to invite them for the 2nd phase. They will be there to confront different opinions and assessments of the competing business ideas. Having people with diverse backgrounds and expertise in the committee will guarantee the transparency and authenticity of the procedures. The committee will finalize 500 entries ("out-of-the-box" and commercialization potential); out of all the applications, participants/teams will be notified to join the announced place for pitching their ideas in front of the judges' panel.
EGDSeasons2021 will form international and local judges' panels to attend and evaluate the pitching competition. They will have a total of 40 pitches out of the selected participants or teams to take them to the next level. The remaining 300 participants/teams who will not make it up to the next level will be connected to the public, private, and non-commercial organizations involved in supporting entrepreneurship activities in the country or globally.
The selected teams will relate to our corporate partners. They will assign one mentor to meet the teams regularly, guide them, solve their issues and provide professional expertise in business management.
